Code Kitty is the product (and winner!) of Twin Cities Startup Weekend Edu 2017 hackathon.
A robot anyone can build, and everyone can afford.
We are designing a very affordable Robotics kit around Open Standards. Leveraging the power of the Arduino development ecosystem, we are building a 3D printed, easily-hackable, user-personalized robot kit.
And since we believe all students should have access to STEM technology learning opportunities, we are pricing the kit at $50, and publishing all of the chassis and part designs online, so anyone with access to a 3D printer can make or modify their own.
We will then teach the teachers how to build and hack the robots, so that they are comfortable letting their students explore them.
